for all of you who love and care for cats – join us
on the journey through the magic world of those gorgeous
creatures called Cats.
''Mica-Maca'' wants to help cat lovers
and even more- cats themselves.
We want to promote human repect, responsibility and
care for all cats.
Our first goal is better knowing of cats, which can
only make you love them more.
The 'Mica-Maca' articles are based on
love, enthusiasm and experience- our authors are also
devoted breeders.

The Cats were the part of my life since
I remember.. I grew up with them beside
me, I was playing and living always in their
company.
My first Persian he-cat came twenty years
ago as a present from my husband. This cat
was red tabby 'Zucko', whom I will remember
forever.. He is also 'guilty' for the fact
that Persian cats stoled our hearts..

Pelegrino is based on creating healty
and happy cats, just like our cats who are
true members of our family.

....Meow, Purr and Play... I was attracted
to that since my childhood. Our first black Persian
cats Kika and Liza came to me in 1995, and in
2001 me and my wife started the Quercus
cattery for Persian cats.
Our breeding program is based on beautiful Bicolors
and Persian cats with white who are presented
by us at the Cat Shows in Croatia and abroad.
Our cats share our home with us and with English
cocker spaniel Alka, Senegal parrot Koki and with
many fishes. Our two sons are raised with pets-
their best friends.

I'm crazy about cats - whatever colour, shape
or breed they may be.
I had many different pets in the past, but The Cats
put a spell on me forever.
Today I'm surrounded with five (sometimes more)
domestic individuals who completely rule my world.
Because I'm painter
I find great enjoy in painting cats, but also
always want to learn more about them.
I research cat history and write about cats; who
they really are and how they lived with us in
the past and today..
